Si vous avez un point Mondial Relay en préférence, me l'indiquer en information (instructions supplémentaires) lors de la commande.
Mondial Relay vous écrira sur votre adresse email de destinataire (email indiqué sur le formulaire de commande) ou votre téléphone portable pour indiquer le lieu exact du retrait.

Il faut se rendre physiquement au point de retrait indiqué par Mondial Relay pour retirer son colis. Le point de retrait peut être différent de celui initialement prévu en cas de saturation ou d'indisponibilité.
Une fois arrivé, votre colis sera gardé 8 jours en Point Relais® et/ou Lockers.
Je ne rembourse pas les frais de port si vous ne retirez pas votre colis au point de retrait indiqué par Mondial Relay dans le délai de conservation de 8 jours et que le colis m'est retourné. Il y aura deux solutions, soit le remboursement des disques, mais pas des frais de port, soit que vous payiez à nouveau les frais de port de l'expédition Mondial Relay et que j'envoie une seconde fois le colis.

Expédition uniquement en France métropolitaine et Corse. Il faut habiter en France pour demander une expédition en France.
Je n'expédie pas en Outre-mer.
Pas d'expédition vers une boîte postale pour réexpédition vers un autre pays du monde. Il ne faut pas demander de livraison en France si vous résidez dans un pays étranger.
Vous devez vérifier le bon état du colis et son contenu à la réception. C'est important.
Je prends systématiquement des photos du colis avant expédition.
Si le colis et les disques sont endommagés, vous devez refuser le colis.
