SHIPPING BY MONDIAL RELAY
You must physically go to the Mondial Relay point to collect your package. This is not a home delivery.
Buyers must read and agree to the Seller's Policy before placing an order. When you buy on the tzarb.com website, you place a direct order, without an intermediary and without going through a marketplace.

SHIPPING BY MONDIAL RELAY
You must live permanently in France if you are requesting the shipment of the package in France.
You must live in the country where you are requesting the shipment of the package. You must not request delivery to a country where you do not live permanently. If you do not live in the countries listed above, do not order. Items shipped from France. No sending to a post office box for reshipment to another country in the world. Do not order if you are a foreign contract worker temporarily relocating to a country but not residing there permanently.
You must give me your mobile phone number, this is essential for me to be able to ship with Mondial Relay.

Delivery by collection at Mondial Relay point or Locker Mondial Relay.
Mondial Relay will write to you on your recipient email address or your mobile phone to indicate the exact location of collection. Your email address must be valid and working correctly. If you have not received a message from Mondial Relay, you must check the spam folder of your email and also look directly on the Mondial Relay website with the tracking number. Your mobile phone number must be valid.
You must physically go to the Mondial Relay point to collect your package. Once arrived, your package will be kept for 5 days at Mondial Relay Point or at Locker. Remember to collect your package quickly. The Mondial Relay point may be different from that planned in the event of saturation or unavailability.
I do not refund shipping costs if you do not collect your package in Mondial Relay point within the 5-day retention period and if the package is returned to me. There will be two solutions, either the refund of the items, but not the shipping costs, or that you pay the shipping costs of Mondial Relay shipping again and that I send the package a second time.
Registred shipping with tracking number for all orders (Mondial Relay). You must check the good condition of the package and its contents. It's important.
I systematically take photographs of the package before shipping.
If the package and the items are damaged, you must refuse the package.
Price includes shipping with packaging and other supplies.
In the event of a refund with a return, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs related to the return of the items. I only refund all costs incurred when ordering (items and initial shipping costs) when I have received the items returned to my mailing address.
